Ayesha Irfan Nazir
I am a results–oriented, empathetic Medical Doctor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Psychotherapist, and Supervisor (CPCAB UK).
I have experience working with individual clients as well as group therapy and couples counseling regarding various mental health issues like anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, conflict resolution, trauma, abuse, etc.
Moreover, I’ve certifications in Trauma Informed and Somatic Therapy, as well as, I am a trained NLP practitioner and a Life Coach. My focus is to aid people in living a productive life and to guide them to develop and sustain meaningful relationships and careers.
Therapy is not just about creating an absence of negative feelings, it’s rather actualizing awareness and insight into one’s unconscious unhealthy patterns by giving conscious choices to change or work on maladaptive survival patterns.
So, my work with the clients is about them learning and applying the skills needed to grow and heal from any of the ongoing challenges, traumas of the past, etc. I work relentlessly with the clients in breaking their barriers, and letting resilience be their benchmark!
The mantra that guides me: ‘That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.’ (Friedrich Nietzsche)
I specialize in working with YOU, to shift YOUR perspective and strengthen YOUR inner world through a holistic approach that ensues in long-term positive results.
